Renowned Chef and Mariano’s TasteMaker Tony Priolo of Piccolo Sogno Restaurant will be at Mariano’s West Loop on February 25, 2014 to teach a unique cooking class for Mariano’s customers! Guests will prepare their own ravioli with Chef Tony as their guide, followed by dining with the Chef.
Champagne will be served upon arrival at 6:30pm, with the class beginning promptly at 7:00pm. Wines provided by the Terlato family will be coupled with dinner.
Seating is limited and registration ($35) is required. We hope to see you there!

Here are some details about Best Chefs America:
- Best Chefs America is the ultimate reference guide to chefs and will be published on an annual basis to showcase the best chefs in the United States as selected by their peers.
- For the 2013 edition, we made over 50,000 phone calls and interviewed over 5,000 chefs to find out who they considered to be the best chefs.
- Best Chefs America will be available online and in bookstores in March 2013. It will be an attractive coffee table reference guide, listing the best chefs and where they can be found, highlighting emerging trends, interesting ingredients, and other culinary happenings across the United States.
